I take a Whole-Person approach to coaching. This means that I take a holistic view when I help to guide you through the challenges you face in your life. I’ll help you to improve your physical and mental health by helping you to take specific decisions you may be facing as well as a number of lifestyle interventions that will help you to become happier and healthier. You may be facing some specific financial issues, and I can certainly help you address those, but my emphasis will always be on your health and well-being as a whole rather than just being about material gain.
Every person and every person’s situation will be different and that means that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. I will draw from a variety of tools and techniques to help you explore how you’re feeling, getting you to where you really want to be.
Coaching may take just a few sessions or last for a longer period of time, depending on a number of factors around what your specific issues are and your readiness and motivation to make real changes in your life.
